LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You agree that neither Posido nor our officers, directors, employees or agents will have any liability for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, business opportunities, contracts, or goodwill.
• Losses resulting from hacking into your Account.
• Suspension or closure of the Service due to technical issues beyond our control.

COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our Services. By accessing or using the Service you confirm that:

• You are not breaching any laws of Anjouan.
• We may still allow access or use by Irish residents even if they fall into a restricted category for international jurisdictions.

AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS

These Terms shall be updated, revised or modified periodically without prior notice and it is your responsibility to check this page periodically when accessing our website for the latest version of these Terms.

CONFLICT OF INTEREST

You acknowledge that you have no claim to any ownership in relation to Posido's intellectual property rights including but not limited to software, copyrights, database right or trademarks.

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Anjouan regarding online gambling services provided by us.
